V of ch. 420, F.S., "Florida Housing Finance Corporation Act"; provides for appointment of inspector general of FHFC; provides appointing authority thereof; provides duties & responsibilities of inspector general; revises definitions of "state agency" & "agency head" to include FHFC within state agencies within which Office of Inspector General is established, etc.
