GENERAL BILL by Economic Development and Community Affairs Policy Council ; Finance and Tax Council ; Bogdanoff ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Abruzzo ; Fresen ; Hasner ; Plakon ; Schenck ; Tobia ; Williams, T. ; Wood

Property Taxation; Revises criteria under which transfer of homestead property is not considered change of ownership; requires property appraisers to consider existence of cancer cluster in determining assessed value of property; authorizes persons who rent certain heavy equipment to collect tangible personal property tax recovery fee on certain heavy equipment property rentals for certain purposes, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
