GENERAL BILL by Hill
Presidential Elections [GPSC]; Establishes the Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote. Provides a method by which any state may become a member state. Requires a statewide popular election for President and Vice President of the United States. Establishes a procedure for appointing presidential electors in member states. Provides that the agreement becomes effective upon the occurrence of specified actions, etc.
