GENERAL BILL by Hill ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Joyner
Pardons/Restoration of Rights/Rosa Parks Act [SPSC]; Creates the "Rosa Parks Act." Encourages the Board of Executive Clemency to grant a full pardon to a person convicted of protesting or challenging a state law or local government ordinance the purpose of which was to maintain racial segregation of or racial discrimination against individuals. Requires the Parole Commission to notify the state attorney of the circuit where the violation occurred, etc.
