PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs

OGSR/Domestic Violence Fatality Review Team [SPSC]; Repeals a specified provision relating to an exemption from public records and public meetings requirements for information held by a domestic violence fatality review team and for portions of meetings of a review team at which confidential or exempt information is discussed. Saves the exemption from repeal under the OGSR Act. Deletes provisions providing for repeal of the exemption.
