Driver's Licenses [CPSC]; Provides procedures for the restoration of the driving privileges of certain persons whose driving privileges have been revoked. Provides for a hearing. Provides for the adoption of rules. Provides a phase-in period. Requires the installation of an ignition interlock device under certain circumstances.

Effective Date: 07/01/2010 except as otherwise provided
