Physician Workforce; Repeals provisions relating to Community Hospital Education Act & Community Hospital Education Council; revises list of governmental stakeholders that DOH is required to work with regarding state strategic plan & in assessing state's physician workforce; creates Physician Workforce Advisory Council; provides duties of council; establishes physician workforce graduate medical education innovation pilot projects under DOH, etc.
