Domestic Violence/Surrender Weapon [SPSC]; Provides that a respondent may be ordered, as part of a domestic violence injunction, to surrender any weapon identified in the injunction order. Provides requirements for such an order. Provides for consequences of failure to comply with such an order, etc.
