GENERAL BILL by Hill
Injunctions/Domestic/Repeat/Sexual/Dating Violence [SPSC]; Requires the court, under certain circumstances, to order the sheriff to take into custody and to keep in custody for a specified period the respondent of a petition for an injunction for protection against domestic violence or for an injunction for protection against repeat violence, sexual violence, or dating violence, etc.
