Pub. Rec./Dental Workforce Surveys [SPSC]; Provides an exemption from public records requirements for information contained in dental workforce surveys submitted by dentists or dental hygienists to the Department of Health as a condition for license renewal. Provides exceptions to the exemption. Provides for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act. Provides a statement of public necessity.
