Telephone and Telegraph Companies; Repeals provisions relating to power of telephone & telegraph companies to erect posts, wires, & other fixtures on or beside any public road or highway; repeals provisions relating to right of telephone & telegraph companies to construct, maintain, & operate lines along & upon right-of-way of any railroad & to exercise eminent domain for that purpose.
