Enterprise Zone Economic Stimulus; Revises exception to definition of term "recovery property"; renames enterprise zone jobs credit to enterprise zone job stimulus credit; authorizes enterprise zone job stimulus credit against sales tax to be applied to new employees hired; revises criteria for claiming credit; deletes minimum threshold requirement for full-time jobs required to claim credit, etc.
