GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Garcia ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Diaz de la Portilla
Teaching Agency for Home and Community-based Care; Authorizes the Department of Elderly Affairs to designate a home health agency as a teaching agency for home and community-based care. Establishes criteria for qualification. Authorizes a teaching agency to be affiliated with an academic research university in the state that meets certain criteria. Authorizes a teaching agency to be affiliated with an academic health center, etc.
