SB 1160: Retirement
GENERAL BILL by Gaetz
Retirement; Revises provisions relating to employment after retirement. Provides that a retiree of a state-administered retirement system who retires on or after a certain date may not be reemployed by an employer that participates in a state-administered retirement system and receive both a salary for employment and retirement benefits. Requires that a retiree who retires on or after a certain date and who is reemployed within 6 calendar months after retirement apply to establish a future retirement date, etc.
