Insurance; Amends & creates provisions relating to acquisition of controlling stock with respect to stock & mutual insurers; includes prepaid limited health service organizations, health maintenance organizations, prepaid health clinics, continuing care providers, & multiple-employer welfare arrangements within definition of "insurer"; provides that person may not acquire domestic stock insurer or controlling company unless such person has filed with Commissioner of Insurance & sent to insurer statement containing specified information, etc.
