Costs of Prosecution; Provides for remittance of costs of prosecution to specified trust fund; provides for allocation of funds in certain circumstances; provides for collection; provides for withholding of unpaid costs from return of cash bond; requires notice on bond forms of possible withholding; provides liability for cost of prosecution for persons whose cases are disposed of under specified provisions; requires courts to impose costs of prosecution & investigation; requires that costs of prosecution & investigation not be converted to court-ordered community service, etc.
