GENERAL BILL by Margolis
Recall; Provides procedures for recall from office of the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, members of the Cabinet, and legislators. Requires that proponents of the recall register as a political committee. Prescribes the methods and timeframes for initiating and conducting the recall. Provides ballot language. Authorizes the adoption of rules.
