SB 1724: Renewable Energy

GENERAL BILL by Altman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Jones ; Bennett ; Flores ; Detert

Renewable Energy; Requires that solar energy systems have a certain percentage of components manufactured in Florida or the United States in order to be eligible for the exemption from the sales tax. Extends the date of eligibility for the renewable energy technologies investment tax credit. Revises the annual limits for the investment tax credits. Provides requirement for a solar electric generating facility to be eligible to receive the tax credit, etc.
