GENERAL BILL by Smith
Child Care; Revises the minimum standards for licensure of child care facilities. Requires the Department of Children and Family Services to establish and contract for an electronic child care attendance verification system. Provides for statewide implementation of the system. Requires licensed child care facilities to use the system.
