SB 1910: State and Regional Planning
GENERAL BILL by Diaz de la Portilla
State and Regional Planning; Repeals provisions relating to the Florida Regional Planning Council Act. Amends provisions relating to comprehensive planning. Removes a reference to a dispute resolution process, to conform. Amends provisions relating to concurrency exception areas. Removes a provision allowing the state land planning agency to delegate review of evaluation and appraisal reports to the appropriate regional planning council, to conform, etc.
