GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Evers
Trucking; Creates the Trucking Regulation Workgroup. Provides for membership of the workgroup. Directs the workgroup to make a report to the Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the President of the Senate by a certain date. Provides requirements of the report. Provides for termination of the workgroup, etc.
