GENERAL BILL by Garcia
Random Drug Testing/State Financial Assistance; Defines the term "state financial assistance." Prohibits a person who applies for or receives state financial assistance and has agreed to or is subject to random drug testing from being randomly tested for drug use more than once in a 12-month period.
