SB 1926: State Employee Bonus Initiative
GENERAL BILL by Latvala
State Employee Bonus Initiative; Creates the State Employee Bonus Initiative, an online state employee suggestion program for reducing the cost of state government. Provides duties of the Legislative Budget Commission relating to the program, including creating and maintaining a program website. Provides program requirements. Provides for a monetary award. Protects employees from certain adverse and discriminatory actions. Prohibits state agency heads and elected and appointed officials from participating in the program, etc.
