GENERAL BILL by Budget

Office of Drug Control; Relocates the Statewide Office for Suicide Prevention into the Department of Children and Family Services. Requires the director of the Statewide Office for Suicide Prevention to employ a coordinator for the office. Requires revenues from grants accepted by the Statewide Office for Suicide Prevention to be deposited into the Grants and Donations Trust Fund within the Department of Children and Family Services rather than the Executive Office of the Governor. Relocates the Statewide Drug Policy Advisory Council into the Department of Health, etc.
