Repeal of Health Insurance Provisions; Deletes requirement that Florida Health Insurance Plan's board of directors annually report to Governor & Legislature concerning such plan; deletes redundant language making implementation of such plan by board contingent upon certain appropriations; deletes requirement that OIR of DFS annually report to Governor & Legislature concerning Small Employers Access Program.
