Department of Corrections; Repeals provisions relating to youthful offender basic training program; revises definitions of "correctional probation officer" & "part-time correctional probation officer"; authorizes DOC to contract with private entity to supervise offenders on community supervision in Broward & Miami-Dade counties pursuant to GAA; provides contract requirements; provides exception to prohibition on private entities providing supervision services to certain offenders; provides for transfer of specified duties, functions, property, & funds from DMS to DOC, etc.
