SPB 7200: Florida Housing Finance Corporation
PROPOSED BILL by Budget
Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Deletes provisions on the distributions of documentary stamp tax revenues to the State Housing Trust Fund and the Local Government Housing Trust Fund. Conforms cross-references. Replaces references to the Department of Community Affairs with Jobs Florida. Provides for the deposit of certain moneys into the State Housing Trust Fund within the State Treasury. Replaces references to the Secretary of the Department of Community Affairs with the Commissioner of Jobs Florida, etc.
