Retirement; Revises provisions relating to employment after retirement; provides that retiree of state-administered retirement system who retires on or after certain date may not be reemployed by employer that participates in state-administered retirement system & receive both salary for employment & retirement benefits; requires that retiree who retires on or after certain date & who is reemployed within 6 calendar months after retirement apply to establish future retirement date, etc.
