GENERAL BILL by Gibbons

Title Loans; Exempts certain persons from specified financial & lending regulations adopted by counties & municipalities; provides that regulation of title loans is preempted to state; transfers regulation of title loans from OFR to DOACS; prohibits certain activities at or within certain proximity of title loan offices; provides for deposit of certain moneys in General Inspection Trust Fund; revises grounds for disciplinary action against title loan lenders, etc.
