Residential Property Insurance; Revises costs to be included in rate filing; revises overall premium increase for rate filing; revises information that must be included in rate filing relating to reinsurance; deletes provision prohibiting insurer from implementing rate increase within 6 months before it makes certain rate filings; deletes provision prohibiting insurer from filing for rate increase within 6 months after it makes certain rate filings.
