GENERAL BILL by Gibson
Instructional Personnel; Deleting a provision requiring that the performance evaluations of instructional personnel who are not classroom teachers include growth data on statewide assessments for students assigned to the instructional personnel over the course of at least 3 years; deleting provisions authorizing a school district to request that the performance evaluation of a classroom teacher assigned to a course that is not measured by a statewide assessment include the learning growth of the teacher’s students on FCAT Reading or FCAT Mathematics, etc.
