TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Fiscal Stability Trust Fund/Supreme Court; Creating the Fiscal Stability Trust Fund within the state courts system to be administered by the Supreme Court; providing for the administration of the trust fund and the use of trust fund moneys; requiring balances to remain in the trust fund at the end of the fiscal year; providing for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.
Effective Date: July 1, 2012, if SB 1524 or similar legislation is adopted in the same legislative session, or an extension thereof, and becomes law. Three-fifths vote of the membership of each house of the Legislature required.
