GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Access to Criminal History Information of Minors; Prohibiting the Department of Law Enforcement from providing, for a fee, the criminal history information of a minor to persons in the private sector or noncriminal justice agencies unless the minor has been convicted of at least one felony or three or more delinquent acts punishable as misdemeanors, etc.
