GENERAL BILL by Dockery

School Attendance; Providing that a child is eligible for admission to the first grade in a public school if the child has attained the age of 6 years on or before September 1 of the school year and has been enrolled in a public school or has satisfactorily completed the requirements for kindergarten in a private school attended in the state, etc.
