SB 1812: Sexual Predators and Offenders

Sexual Predators and Offenders; Specifying additional offenses that require registration as a sexual predator; requiring that the sheriff take palm prints of a sexual predator under certain circumstances; requiring that a sexual predator who is unable to secure or update a driver license or identification card under certain circumstances report specified information to the local sheriff’s office within a specified period; requiring that a sexual predator register all electronic mail addresses and Internet identifiers before using electronic mail addresses and Internet identifiers; requiring that a state agency or governmental subdivision conduct a specified national search of registration information regarding sexual predators and sexual offenders before appointing or employing a person; requiring that a probationer or community controllee successfully complete and pay for sexual offender treatment under certain circumstances, etc.
