Public Records/County Tax Collectors/Investigators and Inspectors of Department of Business and Professional Regulation ; Exempting from public record requirements identifying information relating to certain personnel of county tax collectors and their spouses and children; exempting from public record requirements identifying information relating to current and former investigators and inspectors of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and their spouses and children; providing for future repeal and legislative review of the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
