Renters’ Insurance; Requiring a residential rental agreement to specify whether renters’ insurance is required and to provide a line for a tenant’s initials; requiring an agreement that requires renters’ insurance to specify the coverage required; requiring that an agreement that does not require renters’ insurance include a statement advising the tenant to obtain renters’ insurance, etc.
