GENERAL BILL by Pritchett
Marketable Record Title; Provides that marketable record title may not extinguish certain restrictions or covenants that are accepted by governmental entity or any right, title, or interest that is held in trust for public; provides that ch. 712, F.S., does not affect any right, title, or interest of political subdivision in this state.
