Testing for the Human Immunodeficiency Virus; Providing that informed consent to perform an HIV test to identify the human immunodeficiency virus, or its antigen or antibody, must be obtained from a legal guardian or other person authorized by law for certain persons; revising the situations in which test results may be released, etc.
