Crossover Youth; Creating a pilot project to serve youth in common to the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Juvenile Justice; providing for selection of a county for the project; requiring the Secretary of Children and Families to seek proposals from interested providers; specifying elements to be included in the project, etc.
