GENERAL BILL by Perry ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell ; Watson, C.

Emergency Medical Services; Deletes requirement that EMTs, paramedics, & 911 public safety telecommunicators complete course on HIV & AIDS; redefines "basic life support" & "advanced life support" for purposes of provisions governing emergency medical transportation; revises period for review of comprehensive state plan for EMS & programs; revises requirements for certification & recertification of EMTs & paramedics, for certification of EMTs & paramedics trained outside state, for institutions that conduct approved programs for education of EMTs & paramedics, & that students must meet in order to receive certificate of completion from approved program.
