Vehicle Permits for Transportation of Alcoholic Beverages; Authorizes licensed vendor to transport alcoholic beverages from distributor's place of business in vehicles owned or leased by any person who has been disclosed on license application filed by vendor & approved by DBPR's Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco; revises permit requirements for such vehicles; provides for cancellation of vehicle permits; authorizes inspection & search of such vehicles without search warrant; provides requirements for use & storage of vehicle permits; revises exception to illegal transportation of beverages.
