Transparency in Government Spending; Requiring the Executive Office of the Governor to establish a single website providing access to other websites; requiring the Department of Management Services to maintain a website that provides current information on state employees and officers; authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to make certain information available on a website for viewing and downloading by the public and providing guidelines for regulation of such website; providing applicability of public record requests for information posted on the website, etc.
