Mobile Home Park Lot Tenancies; Revising the requirements of a prospectus or offering circular to include an additional statement on the front cover or the first page after a specified date; providing circumstances under which a mobile home park owner may evict a mobile home owner, a mobile home tenant, a mobile home occupant, or a mobile home due to a change of use or rezoning; increasing the number of days available for mobile home owners to purchase the park, etc.
