Public Records/Office of Financial Regulation; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for certain informal enforcement actions by the Office of Financial Regulation, to which penalties apply for willful disclosure of such confidential information; providing an exemption from public records requirements for certain trade secrets held by the office, to which penalties apply for willful disclosure of such confidential information; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the section; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
