Personal Identification Information Theft; Providing that it is unlawful for any person to willfully and without authorization fraudulently use personal identification information concerning specified individuals without their consent; creating the Identity Theft and Fraud Task Force within the Department of Law Enforcement to assist in investigation and prosecution of criminal use of personal identification information in specified counties; providing for future repeal, etc.
