GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Health Policy ; Bean ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brandes

Responsibilities of Health Care Facilities; Repealing provisions relating to provider hospitals; prohibiting a health care facility from employing or contracting with a surgical assistant or surgical technologist under certain circumstances; providing exceptions; requiring a hospital to notify obstetrical physicians before the hospital closes its obstetrical department or ceases to provide obstetrical services, etc.
