Condominiums; Limits applicability of certain requirements relating to bylaws to residential condominiums & their associations & boards; revises applicability of certain requirements relating to installation & maintenance of code-compliant hurricane protection; provides for nonapplicability of alternative dispute resolution requirements relating to residential condominiums; limits applicability of certain requirements relating to phase condominiums to residential condominiums; extends time period within which persons who acquire condominium parcels may be classified as bulk assignees or bulk buyers.
