Cancer Centers; Designates provisions as "Florida NCI Cancer Centers Act"; authorizes funds in Biomedical Research Trust Fund to be used for Florida Consortium of National Cancer Institute Centers Program; revises distribution of certain funds deposited into Biomedical Research Trust Fund; establishes Florida Consortium of National Cancer Institute Centers Program; requires DOH to distribute funding to certain cancer centers; provides formula for determination of allocations; provides criteria for designation of tiers for cancer centers.
