Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; Establishing an aggregate limit on insurer retention levels; revising coverage levels available under reimbursement contracts; revising requirements for reimbursement contracts; deleting provisions relating to temporary emergency options for additional coverage; deleting a provision prohibiting an insurer from recouping reinsurance costs under certain conditions, etc.
